Sahara line by Richard LONG
Here we have a photograph by the artist Richard Long taken in 1988.the name of this photo is Sahara line. In the background, I can see a blue sky and a mountain. In the foreground, there is a rocky desert, and in the centre, there is a line of rocks. In my view, the focal point is the line of rocks. The horizon, which is in the background, is made up of the sky and a mountain. It is the meeting point between the sky and the earth. In my opinion, the photograph has several meanings. It represents time and change.

Circle in Africa by Richard LONG
I can see a black and white photograph and a lot of dead trees. The sky is dark. In the centre, I can see a circle with trees. It reminds me of Michael Jackson’s video of Earth Song. It symbolises the destruction of the world. I think the circle in the middle represents the dead world and it warns of destruction.
I think something bad will happen when I look at the cloudy sky.

Photograph : Waternest by Nils Udo
We can see a child in the middle of a nest, made by Nils Udo. He is an English artist. The masterpiece is made of reeds. There are undulating lines. The background of the photograph is quite a dark green. The nest is brown and in the middle of the nest, a baby is illuminated.
It resembles a sun flower opening to reveal a baby. It is a peaceful image.
In my opinion, it’s like a baby in mummy’s tummy.
